So yeah you see anything wrong with this picture?
I’ll give you a few more seconds…
Ok how about now?
That’s right people, the PSN Store is giving free advertising to its competitor by putting Sam Fisher from the 360 game Splinter Cell: Conviction and slapping it on its front page to advertise the Tom Clancy sale currently going on…does no one bother to check these things?! Seemingly I’m the only one that’s noticed as well as I can’t find reference anywhere else. So yeah Sam Fisher has indeed infiltrated the PS3 and apparently he’s going un noticed…only this time instead of being in the shadows he’s hiding in plain sight.
Apparently this isn’t just on the store either. It baffles me how Sony haven’t checked this before. If they have then why have they agreed to let this slide? I would have thought that something like that would potentially, I don’t know, lead someone to think that Splinter Cell: Conviction is actually available on the PS3 when in fact it’s never been released on that platform, and maybe perhaps leading to some form of false advertising?…yeeeeeaaahhhhh….
